Thurstan college organized a Pirith Ceremony followed by an Arms Giving ceremony to commemorate the college’s 55 anniversary .It was held at the college main hall on the 27th of January followed by the Arms giving on the 28th morning. Large number of Students, Parents, Teachers, Old boys Including the Prime Minister Honorable Mahinda Rajapaksa was present for this event.
