Mr R.D.M.P. Weeratunga has relinquished his duties as the 7th Principal of Thurstan on August 31st, 2006 after almost 14 years guiding the destinies of the School. In recognition of his service, the OBU is organizing a felicitation dinner on Sunday 30th September at Ceylon Continental Hotel at 7.30 p.m. Tickets are available at the Swimming Pool Office.
